31 Queens Road Rental is a self-contained apartment within a family home conveniently located close to Winchester City Centre, in the heart of the Winchester University campus. We offer relaxed self-catered accommodation within a home setting, which we hope you will agree represents the very best in Hampshire hospitality. We aim to provide a ’HOME FROM HOME’ for the discerning traveler and visitors to Winchester and North Hampshire for business and pleasure. The accommodation is over two floors with the Living Room (complete with Flat-Screen TV and Blu Ray DVD Player) and fully equipped kitchen with dining area on the ground floor and a double en-suite bedroom and a twin room en-suite bedroom on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons comfortably. We offer free on-road permit parking for visitors cars, free WiFi and there is a local bus service into the city centre and surrounding areas just a 200yds walk away. Queens Road on the South West of the city is close to the motorway (M3) link to Southampton (including the Airport and Cruise Terminal) and Portsmouth and is well placed to commute to Romsey, Basingstoke and surrounding Hampshire villages. A short walk (or bus ride) away, Winchester City Centre provides a a variety of visitor attractions and local eateries and entertainment venues.
