Rectory Farm has been dated from the 15th Century and has all the quirkiness that you would expect of a property that has been added to over its long, long life. Pevsner describes it as a "thorough hodgepodge", which we think is a little unfair! We have been running a B&B in our annexe (also in the courtyard) for the past few years with some success and took the decision to "do up" part of our large barn, to provide excellent, sympathetic and stylish accommodation. The barn is a great place for a family stay, reunion, party, chill out. We hope that you will agree. Re-engage with your friends and family, in the wide open spaces of Lincolnshire, close to the beautiful town of Stamford Rectory Farm Barn has been recently renovated (April 2021). The Barn provides accommodation for up to 6 guests in sumptuous surroundings with open plan living and dining area. 2 x Bedrooms with King Size beds and ensuite shower-rooms and WC 1 x Bedroom with Super King Size bed (can be split) with separate shower room and WC Open plan living area with sofas and chairs and large flat screen Smart TV with free WIFI throughout the house. Large open plan kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 8 people The whole ground floor has underfloor heating The Barn also has a small garden with outdoor space and furniture for our guests. BBQ and table and chairs for outdoor eating.

Castle Bytham is a small, friendly village set in idyllic surroundings situated approximately 4 miles east of the A1. This ancient conservation village is steeped in history, with artefacts dating back to Roman times. There is a village shop, two pubs (one with its own shop) both serving food. The Village is ideally situated for both business and pleasure. Rectory Farm is close to Stamford, Oakham (10-15mins) Grantham (20mins) Cambridge and Nottingham (50mins)
