This apartment is in a quiet location but not too far from the business of city life. The property is located on a small holding farm,  at present we only have rescue horses who both love to be visited by our guests.  Our outdoor shared facilities include a wonderful hot tub that fits 4 persons. Please note we need a minimum 12hrs notice of your reservation in order to get the hot tub up to full temperature. Outside of public school holidays hot tub is not available in the week days unless requested through messaging me. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and a double bed.  There is also a sofa bed with a double bed located in the lounge area. The bathroom and kitchen is also all on the ground floor so there is no stairs in this apartment We have a quiet library (subject to availability, pls make prior enquiry if you are wanting to use the library) with a writing desk and chairs, plus lots of sofa seating that is also useable if guests want to chill out with a book
