Rhos Las is a cottage with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, three Smart TVs and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include three doubles, one with en-suite shower room and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms. To the outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, along with off-road parking for 6 cars. Charcoal BBQ - please bring your own fuel. Three well behaved dogs welcome, please enquire if you wish to bring more. Early check in available on request to owner for 12 per hour, payable to the property owner. No smoking. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to Rhos Los for a wonderful base in Conwy. Please note: kindling, logs, firefighters, and matches will be an extra cost of 12 payable to the owner.
