Hi, the apartment is the west wing of the country home where the hosts reside with its own separate access. There is plenty of parking and many stay with us when attending local weddings and events. Guests are free to explore the area and the host's grounds.

The apartment, the west wing of the country home, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all ensuite). There is a kitchen and living/dining area. Each bedroom has a smart TV and free wifi throughout. Guests can enjoy the hosts gardens and koi pond should they wish. There is a patio area accessible from the apartment. The River Kennett and Canal is 50 meters away. There are excellent local road and rail links. Plentiful free parking too. Please note that the space is for upto 6 guests. Additional guests, exceeding 6 even if not staying, will be charged 25 pounds per guest, payable on arrival.

Neighborhood info

The river Kennet and Canal are 50meters away and some lovely places to eat locally too. . There is a Tea room and an Inn about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by car.
