River cottage is a peaceful place ideal for a few days away from home whether for work or leisure. There is a lounge with comfy seating on which to relax whilst watching your favourites on the Smart TV.This leads to the kitchen which contains everything needed to self cater and patio doors leading out to the terrace and the beautiful river views. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. On the top floor is a characterful work space which also has river views.

The area is quiet and a great location from which to walk into Market Deeping with its various pubs, shops and restaurants. There is a Coop open 7am to 10pm with Post Office just 5 mins walk away.
