Our well appointed self-catering accommodation allows guests the flexibility of preparing their own meals or the luxury of eating out . We provide a complimentary breakfast of cereals, porridge, biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms with fresh milk. We have 2 log cabins in the garden, 3 studio apartments each with a kitchenette, and a spacious 2 bedroomed en-suite cottage. All our accommodation is en-suite, with free off road private parking, free WIFI and independent access. Over the years we have had many returning guests; we get great reviews on the standards or our accommodation and cleanliness.

For evening meals these can be self catered with our well-appointed accommodation facilities or nearby there are pubs and restaurants serving food for eating in or takeaways. We have a charcoal BBQ for guests to use and a dog exercise paddock. We provide outdoor furniture in our shared guest garden. We have an EV (electric vehicle) charger for guests to use for an additional fee, with advance notice to ensure availability. We have beehives on the property located in the field at the rear, so you may see them busy at work in the gardens. There are lovely walks on the Yorkshire Wolds Way and cycle routes from our accommodation and we have secure cycle storage available by request. Places to visit nearby: - Bird watching: there is North Cave Wetlands, and Blacktoft Nature reserve. At the Seaside: the puffins at Bempton Cliffs, whale watching at Bridlington, together with Scarborough, Whitby and the surrounding coastline beaches are only a short car journey away, where you can get the best fish and chips money can buy. Visit nearby historical Cities and Market Towns: Beverley, Malton, Hull Pickering, Pocklington and of course the wonderful City of York. Walking: - The Yorkshire Wolds which can be seen from our location are only a short distance from us with breath-taking scenery.

Robeanne House is located in the country side just out side the village of Shiptonthorpe. We do have the benefit of being on a good network of roads:- York (18 miles) and Hull (18 miles) and the coast about (20 miles) are easily accessible. We are surrounded by farm land and have 2 acres of paddock and gardens. We have a great wealth of birds and wild life from little gold crests to buzzards and kites. We do have some ponies in the paddock and a black Labrador called Polly.
