If the owner accepts, the guest then has to confirm the booking within 24hrs Rose Cottage is a charming three bedroom home which is designed to help you connect with your friends/family. There are lots of distinct areas inside and out, all of which flow together creating a sense of connectedness even when you're not in the same room. For entertainment, there's a sauna, a spacious deck with covered dining area and fire pit; there's a record player with lots of vinyl to play; a large screen TV with lots of subscriptions included; there's a large chest of games from Operation to Cards Against Humanity; the well equipped kitchen has plenty of room to cook. There are two double bedrooms and one with two singles. The beds are all memory foam mattresses with 400 thread count organic cotton sheets. There are a range of pillows to suit all sleeping styles. There are lovely views across a valley, with spectacular sunsets, and picturesque Ledbury town with its cobbled streets and historic market house is just a short walk away. The house is at the end of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are lots of lovely walks either from the house or just a few minutes drive away. There's off street parking for three cars.

Hi. I'm Matt and I've spent the last few years turning Rose Cottage into a short term rental property. It's my home too, so it's well equipped and has a very personal feel. Beyond being a business, my intention is to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for people to connect and make memories. I'm constantly trying to make the experience more enjoyable so I'm always open to feedback. While I won't be on site, I'm always available to help with any questions during your stay.
