The house sleeps six people and has one king bedroom with an en-suite, a double room, a twin room and a family bathroom. There is a split level sitting and dining area and a kitchen. Outside there is a sea facing patio and off road parking for one car. With the town’s amenities and the harbour all on your doorstep, Rose Villa is an excellent house for a family holiday.

Neighborhood info

Nestled next to Penzance, and although still a quaint village in its own right, Newlyn is actually the third largest fishing port in England, and an important Port of Refuge for all sea baring craft. It is unusual in that visitors can still watch the landing and auctioning of fish at the market, as many families have for centuries before. T
