Rosemarie Annexe consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, and washing machine and a living/dining room with dining seating and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double. Servicing these is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, wash basin, WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio area and front garden with seating and a designated roadside parking for 1 car. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 1 mile and a beach within 5.1 miles.
