Roskhill House, built in 1890, is a four star guesthouse near Dunvegan, a perfect location for those seeking to explore the limitless beauty of the Isle of Skye. We have created a smart and relaxed environment and aim to provide the warmest welcome. In 2025 we were awarded "The Best Breakfast of the Year" by the AA and were just one of three guesthouses to be shortlisted for a Highlands and Islands Tourism Award. We're delighted that guests and peers are recognising the quality of our breakfast and acknowledging our commitment to working with local suppliers. Each morning we will prepare delicious vegetarian and vegan breakfasts that celebrate Scottish ingredients (with a nod to Roskhill's Nordic heritage), which will fuel you for your island adventures. In the evening, after enjoying a great meal at a nearby restaurant, settle back at Roskhill House to sample a local malt whisky, gin, or beer in our snug. Later, head for a restful night in one of our five ensuite rooms, where your comfort and calm have been considered. We look forward to welcoming you to Roskhill House.
