For the first time in over 500 years, Sand House is welcoming guests to stay! Come and experience where queens of England once resided in this magical and intimate corner of the Devonshire countryside. Historic Sand, a beautiful grade II* listed manor, is set in over twenty acres, nestled in the stunning Roncombe valley and overlooking the ancient Saxon village of Sidbury. This is one of the South West’s hidden gems. Breakfast is included and is served in the Great Hall, where Catherine of Aragon once dined. We're looking forward to receiving you!

I am originally from London and live with my beautiful dutch wife and two children. Travelled the world with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and now settled in this wonderful corner of Devon. We just love sharing our special home, hidden in a peaceful valley and exploring this fascinating region, with its people and culture.

This is a truly unique property in a sublime location, with the beautiful Devonshire countryside on your doorstep and the Jurassic coastline nearby, along with many historic towns and villages. We are very excited to share this special place with our first guests!
