This is a rural location & recommend having a car to see all of Arran, however within walking distance 1.0 mile to local bus stop. This holiday home is completely enclosed, with a large garden and gate, spacious parking for up to 2 vehicles/ canoes & bikes. Seasonal outdoor table, chairs and cushions available. Garden also has day kennel & hot water shower for dogs or dirty bikes/canoes. Large porch to store all your outdoor gear/bikes or dogs / crates. Ground level open plan lounge, dinning room table, kitchen. The 2 downstairs windows facing away from the garden/drive have stripes of frosted privacy glass (you can still see out) to stop anyone in the farm area from seeing within the home. Wood burner located in lounge. Wifi available for your personal devices throughout the house. Smart T.V. located in lounge area. Bedrooms located upstairs, both un-suite. VIEWS: Sanda view is attached to a farm and sits in a dip between two hills with a beautiful perfect peekaboo "view" of Sanda island (see sunset photo), you can also see the southend Kintyre and Northern Ireland from both the 'upstairs' bedroom windows, also this same view can be seen in the upper garden and around gate areas. Entire property has views of surrounding hills, the nearest neighbouring house or farm is one mile away. Amazing walks from the gate. Truly a beautiful location on the amazing Isle of Arran.

Sanda View is attached to a working farm, the owners live in a private area and have their own Labrador Retrievers, chickens,1 cockerel & Hebridean sheep with fenced off areas away from your private garden. There is no access into the farm area from the holiday home, to allow privacy for all. Your private garden is enclosed, with fencing minimum of 4feet, gate has mesh - please look closely at photos. Your dog can be off lead within the private garden or within the cottage. If you have more than 4 dogs (included in price) please contact prior to booking/arrival as we may charge an additional fee. There is a Check In / Check Out Doggy form that will be competed with the host prior to your dogs coming into the holiday home. See Photo of the form.

Fantastic walks directly from the holiday home, easy walk to the Lagg distillery & beach. Although the home is rural, its located in the middle of the island and great access to all of Arran. There is no light pollution giving the night Skys a wonderful view of many stars in the solar system. There is no noise distractions allowing wild life birds to fly above and around the cottage. Truly a peaceful setting. Bus stop is located 1.0 mile from the cottage and this bus goes around the entire island including the ferry port.
