This is a 2 bedroom static with central heating. 6th berth quaint cottage stile caravan on sunrise. It has a rap round decking with gate, so your Children are safe. Quiet area, over looking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness. Bring the family for fun. Swimming pool. Climbing wall. Entertainment passes are not included, but can be purchased from reception. Closed until March. But Skegness is open and vans are cheap this time of year. In kitchen is a microwave, air fryer, and utensils for cooking. There’s a restaurant, the boathouse if you would like to eat out. It’s nice on the decking watching the ducks in the pond. Duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets are not included. Look after the birds and wildlife on site please. Key code and directions will be sent day before your arrival. Remember your bedding covers. Neighborhood info

Buses come onto site and go to beachfront and town every half hour in season and hourly out of season. Number 2 or 2a. Take your children to the aquarium or zoo just 7 miles down the road. Skegness never closes but this site does. From third week in November until second week in March. But it’s lovely and quiet. Still so much to do around Skegness, while this site has no amenities. We love the quiet season.
