Former Station Master's house situated in Tyndrum on the iconic West Highland railway line. Perfect base for exploring the Highlands, climbing hills, cycling or simply relaxing. Tyndrum is situated on the long distance West Highland Way walking route. Sitting room with wood burning stove. Stunning view from elevated deck. 50m to the railway station (West Highland Line). Garden summerhouse with separate deck. Abundance of wildlife. Excellent local amenities for food and drink. Sleeps 6

A perfect location in itself for a range of activities or for exploring to Oban (ferry to Mull) and Mallaig (Road to the Isles - Skye and the Small Isles). 30 mimutes from Glencoe Ski Resort and 1 hour from Nevis Range. We are 50m from Tyndrum Upper train station (trains from Glasgow to Mallaig) and 800m to Tyndrum Lower station (trains from Glasgow to Oban). There is a frequent bus service with the nearest stop about 400m away. There is car parking available at the cottage.
