Welcome to Seaside BnB at Botany Bay. We opened our doors to guests in July 2024 and offer three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, quietly situated on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy our shared dining and coffee area throughout the day and into the evening. One of the highlights of Seaside BnB is our upstairs guest lounge, available daily from 5pm to 8pm. With its balcony, bar area and panoramic views across Botany Bay and the Ridings Nature Reserve, it's the perfect place to relax before an evening out. We offer complimentary nibbles and light refreshments to accompany a drink while watching the sunset over the sea. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs, as does the guest lounge, and the property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard. I moved to Botany Bay four years ago after many years of visiting the area and falling in love with its beautiful coastline. Having previously worked in hospitality, I genuinely enjoy welcoming guests and helping them make the most of their stay in this special part of Kent. Alongside running Seaside BnB, I founded and manage a local Community Interest Company dedicated to year-round beach cleans and biodiversity projects around Botany Bay. Caring for our local environment is something I am passionate about and proud to share with visitors. Seaside BnB is located in a peaceful residential setting directly opposite Botany Bay beach. The Botany Bay Hotel is a short stroll along the seafront, while Margate and Broadstairs are both only a couple of miles away. Nearby beaches include Botany Bay, Kingsgate Bay, Joss Bay and Foreness Point, all within easy walking distance. At low tide, guests can enjoy a scenic walk along the shoreline into Broadstairs. I am semi retired, having moved to Botany Bay four years ago. I'd always loved the beaches here - with so many fond memories from visits in my childhood. I worked in the hospitality industry previously - and genuinely enjoy hosting guests to enjoy a supremely comfortable 'home from home' experience overlooking Botany Bay. In addition to running this boutique 'B and B' I set up and run a non profit Community Interest Company that arranges year round beach cleaning and manages small patches of public land to promote tree planting and biodiversity in the Botany Bay area.

It's a quiet residential area - right on top of the beach. There's a great pub - The Botany Bay just a beach front stroll away. Margate is a 2 mile drive, and about the same to Broadstairs. Local beaches are Botany Bay (immediately opposite us), Foreness (unofficially used by naturists), Kingsgate Bay, Joss Bay - all within just a few minutes walk. At low time you can walk the shoreline into Broadstairs.
