The rooms were nice and very quiet. Gardens was beautiful, got Netflix and prime free off charge in the rooms along with a fridge and microwave. Which was handy being a hot day. Breakfast was lovely and overall I would definitely stay there again.

You could spend a couple of days visiting the high street for shopping. Property was in a good location, so walk to the high street was about 10 minutes. Also about a 12 minute walk to the Railway station, and a bus stop from which you could get to Faversham. The White Horse pub on Charlotte street does a super Sunday lunch, also the Wetherspoons pub has a good menu and prices are good too. A shame that the museum is only open on Saturdays.

The hotel is not suitable for kids despite having very limited times for kids to use the pool which makes you feel like they're being tolerated rather than feeling welcome. The locals using the pool and sauna were friendly and chatty and noted their surprise that kids are allowed to use the pool. The garden outside with play area was evidently not looked after and our kids played only for a couple of minutes there. The restaurant food was very good and we both enjoyed a very nice meal there. But that's not enough to make a great family stay.

I liked how nice and remote it was the peace and quite and the lovely surroundings very unquie and picturous. Definitely will be returning and would like to go longer next time. I liked how the restaurants and takeaway on hand and deliver to your barn.

Excellent location, very private, view out over open countryside. Stepping from the french windows straight into the countryside. No people around, just lots of wildlife and birdsong. Close to many North Kent nature reserves (within a half hour drive)

The first property I went to in sittingbourne. I never gained admission. After making several phone calls. I was told it’s had a water leak and it’s not available . But I was allowed in rainham to a property in a room sharing with 3 other people. Why was I not told before I had driven a1000 KLMs and was very tired. I never saw or heard anything about the people who were renting it . I feel completely let down after my previous rentings

Hosts were lovely. Greeted us when we arrived and showed us where everything was. Room a good size & lovely & clean. There was bottled water in the room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was particularly good. Freshly made & a good choice. Very nice change from hotel buffet breakfasts! We will definitely be back
