Sea view studio is located approx 20 meters from the beach and and enjoys a sea view from the french doors , It consists of three rooms , a bedroom with double bed ( memory foam mattress) wardrobe, chest of drawers , with fresh doors opening on to sea view . smart tv which allows you to log on to Netflix , I-player etc with free view too .A small but equipped kitchen with fan oven , hob , fridge , microwave, toaster , kettle , cutlery and everything you need to cook a meal . The shower/bathroom is connected through the kitchen. With the beach only 20m away it’s perfect for a shirt break by the sea and there are several restaurants and cafes within a short walk , If you want to go further there are lovely coastal walks to the old ferry (approx 4 miles ) The pier is a short walk

Hello I’ve been letting my villa in turkey for several years and now have a studio on the ground floor in Felixstowe that is now available, It’s great for coastal walks and enjoying the sea air , kayaking and paddle boarding are popular here , so if you have one bring it along

The pier is a short walk with sports center and various amusements , the sea front also offers the lovely spa gardens which date back to Victorian times and there are great coastal walks down to the old ferry and river estuary, There are some lovely restaurants , bistros/cafes along the sea front and you won’t be short of places to eat . The high street is also a short walk ( 500m) back from the sea front and had a selection of shops and cafes
