Montrose is a quiet and beautiful coastal town on the east coast of Scotland. There are plenty of activities all along the coast in various towns and cities. The town is also well situated for access to the Glens of Scotland where you can enjoy hillwalking, fishing and skiing as well as many other popular countryside pursuits. The property is situated on the main thoroughfare through Montrose. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minutes from the golf course (5th oldest course in the world) and beach. Easy commuting to Aberdeen or Dundee.
