It's a stunning new build townhouse in a lovely development facing the sea. The newly redecorated Martello Tower is right beside us, there's a new playground two hundred yards from us. It's a lovely place - we enjoy it so much ourselves.

We live in London. Benji is a doctor and Leah a practice manager. Life is so hectic we love little breaks!

The area is really nice. The neighbours are super friendly. It's quiet and relaxing. There are lots of great things to do - it's a beautiful part of the country, by two Areas of Outstanding Beauty. Great for walkers, city hoppers, boat rides, Colchester zoo, wine tasting, brewery visiting, Landguard Fort, bike hiring and even parachuting!
