About this space Standard Private single room with shared Bathroom in Shirley, Solihull, Birmingham Check in is after 2pm. Check out by 10am. We have a beautiful standard single room with shared bathroom available in a fully furnished house to share in Shirley, Solihull. The house has been newly built recently, and the quality is to an exceptionally high standard. The space: All the current Health & Safety and fire regulations have been adhered to, with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and emergency lighting for your comfort and safety. The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of plenty of amenities. Also, regular public transport is widely available, with a bus stop right near the property and Shirley train station 5 minutes away. Only a few minutes of driving to Blythe Valley & Fore business park, Solihull station & Solihull town center, J4-M42. All with easy access to Birmingham.
I am a very social person and I like to talk with diverse and different cultured people. I enjoy helping others live in a carefree environment, and experience new places. If anyone has a sense of discomfort I will be willing to aid them and make them feel as homely as possible. I am very polite and will try to see things from other peoples perspectives. I assure you that you will feel no irritation during your stay. We would not allow drinking on our premises as we have other family living here. Please accept this kind request and we apologies for the inconvenience .
Our neighborhood is very sophisticated and welcoming. Noise is never an issue here as our environment is very tranquil. Our neighbours are also very pleasant and civilised which guarantees a sound sleep. Our urban neighbourhood consists with a park, supermarkets, shops, cash points, banks, takeaway shops, pubs & restaurants, off-license, medical services, Parkgate, The Gym, a Public library, fuel station, etc.
