Family run bed and breakfast, only five minutes walk from the heart of Orkney's capital, Kirkwall. Spacious bedrooms all with en-suite. Spectacular views over Kirkwall, the West Mainland and the North Isles. Relax in the guest lounge next to an open fire and enjoy the finest breakfast using the best of Orkney produce. Free Wi-Fi, and parking spaces are available. Your friendly hosts have a passion for Orkney, which is sure to make your stay memorable.

Nicky and Kirsten Bichan live on the premises with their three young children. There is also a small friendly dog, which is kept entirely in the private part of the house. This means that we cannot accept any pets. There is a small outdoor seating area at the rear of the property, which guests are welcome to use.

We are 5-10 minutes drive from Kirkwall Airport, the Hatston Northlink terminal and the internal North Isles Ferry service. If arriving via the Scrabster-Stromness or Gills Bay-St Margaret's Hope ferry, there is a 25 minute drive to Kirkwall. Public transport to Kirkwall is available at both of these ferry terminals. The bus station is also only 5-10 minutes walk from our home.
