This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. Four guests maximum are permitted in the hot tub at one time. It is our policy not to take bookings for single sex group celebrations, which includes Stag and Hen nights, or groups where the majority are under 25 years. Siskin Barn is located on a working farm, and at certain times of the year, there is more activity than others. In the summer (August/September), while the owners are harvesting, tractors and a trailer will be coming backward and forwards filling the grain stores, which are situated close to the barn. This will not impact your stay, but is something to be aware of, particularly if you have young children or dogs.

The village also has shops, pubs and a supermarket - all on an exquisite riverside setting.
