A self-contained annex with private entrance and easy self check-in, this accommodation offers a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests can let themselves in via a lockbox, where the key will be waiting. Inside, there is one bedroom with a standard double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, ideal for couples, small families, or friends. Free private parking is available on the drive or just outside.

I love hosting as I enjoy meeting new people from around the world.

The annex is within walking distance of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and around a 45-minute walk from the historic town centre of King's Lynn, mostly along a pleasant walking and cycling path through a Victorian park. The location is also ideal for exploring the local area, with Bawsey Country Park and Bawsey Lakes just 3 minutes away by car, Sandringham Country Park around 9 minutes (5.6 miles), and Snettisham Beach approximately 15 minutes (10 miles) away. Further afield, you can visit Norfolk Lavender around 19 minutes (12 miles) away, Hunstanton around 25 minutes (14 miles) away, and the beautiful North Norfolk coast including Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham Hall, and Holkham Beach, all around 40 minutes (25 miles) away.
