Located in the highly desirable town of Aldeburgh, Sleepers Cottage is a delightful terraced cottage which has undergone a full refurbishment in 2024. Situated just a short distance from the High Street and the beach, the property offers an ideal base to explore the Suffolk heritage coastline. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The ground floor benefits from a lounge with a log burner – ideal for cosy winter evenings by the fire. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with modern appliances and double doors opening onto a fully enclosed patio/garden equipped with outdoor furniture. Outside also features a pretty garden room(also has wifi access) in a tucked away position providing a private space ideal for a quiet read and relaxation. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms; The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom is a twin room. Aldeburgh is a town located by the River Alde on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast. It is famous for the annual Aldeburgh Festival, which takes place nearby at Snape Maltings – home to the renowned composer Benjamin Britten. Aldeburgh also hosts a Carnival which takes place over a long weekend in August. It includes a funfair, mini-marathon, Carnival procession, Military band and fireworks display. Whilst in Aldeburgh, make sure you visit the life boat station, Moot Hall, Martello Tower, buy fresh fish from the huts on the beach and of course do not forget to try the famous fish and chip shop!
