Exclusive use of complete top floor with 2 large bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with rain shower. We live downstairs on the first floor. The decor is stylish but neautral and the velux windows allow plenty of natural light. It has a cosy and warm feel. This is a green area that is also close to the city centre and the train station. Access to the beautiful large open plan kitchen/dinning area is downstairs. All essentials are provided as is breakfast. We are 10 minutes drive from the beautiful and tranquil Peak District and the city centre is 10 minutes away. The fashionable Ecclesall road with lovely independent shops, charity shops and fashionable boutiques. restaurants, bars and pubs are within walking distance. We are spoilt for choice with the number and type of eating places from Urban Pitta, Greedy Greek to fasionable cafes and pubs to name a few. The 218 bus stop is outside the house and it takes you to town and the train station. On the opposite side of the road, the same bus takes you to the beautiful Peak District and to Chatsworth House and the beautiful market town of Bakewell famous for its bakery.

A beautiful green area that is safe and vibrant. Close to Endcliff Park, Chelsea Park and the town centre. There are lovey walks and excellent transport links. Nether Ege is minutes away offering lovely cafes. pubs, and eating places. The neighbourhood is clean and has a vibrant vibe.
