This newly refurbished, luxurious and spacious three-bedroom house which sleeps up to 5 is situated 5 miles from the famous University City of Durham. This property offers nothing short of luxury, with smart TV's filling every room and super fast broadband. This location also affords reasonably short driving distances to Newcastle, Darlington, Middlesborough and other famous seaside towns in the North-East of England. There is a private drive for parking at the front of the property and a garage to the left.
