We will communicate primarily via email and text, but are always at the end of the phone if needed. We live less than 30 minutes from the property should we be needed at all.

** FAMILIES / LARGE GROUPS / CONTRACTORS ** Large 5 bedroom detached house with large garden and games room, perfect for large groups. Large driveway giving parking space for 2-3 vehicles. Quiet location, but conveniently placed for major cities and motorway networks. Close proximity to Drayton Manor, Tamworth Snowdome, Twycross Zoo and more. 4 king size beds, 1 single bed and 3 sofa beds mean that 8 people can be accommodated comfortably. Fast wifi, games console and two 50 inch HD televisions.

Neighborhood info

Quiet and peaceful location, but there are several pubs and takeaways in walkable distance with a small town centre just a 2 minute drive away. Tamworth is only 5 minutes drive away and has a vast array of shopping and dining options. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles on the driveway. You could walk to a few pubs close by, and if needed there are some good public transport links.
