Bryncliffe makes the perfect base as you take time to explore the amazing town of Penzance and surrounding areas. Located on the premier tree lined Alexandra Road, Bryncliffe is a large 2 double bedroomed apartment that has just undergone an extensive refurbishment programme. Set in a splendid example of an early Victorian town house constructed from local cut granite. It occupies a prime position, just 800 yards from the iconic Penzance Promenade with far reaching views over Mounts Bay.

Neighborhood info

The bus and train station are 10-15 minutes walk away along the promenade which is flat. Prior to visiting Penzance it is really handy to download the "Beryl Bikes" app so you can get from A-B using one of the green bikes dotted round the town in various pick up and drop off locations (green painted square on the pavement)
