Arlan House is run by Arlan Group who are a family owned and run business and our aim is to provide the best value for money stay within the centre of Basingstoke. Arlan House is Ideally situated for your stay in Basingstoke, located within a couple of minutes walk of the town so you have easy access to all the amenities it has to offer, yet far enough away so you don't get disturbed by all the hustle and bustle. The property is un-manned with entry gained via on site key boxes and pin-entry door handles. We will provide you with the access codes by email prior to your stay commencing. The railway station with direct links to Waterloo is only a 5 to 7 minute walk from the residence and less than 3 minutes walk to festival place with all its restaurants, bars and cinema. The residence consists of a two storey Victorian property containing 9 separate bedrooms and 5 motel-style rooms to the rear, all recently refurbished to a very high standard. Each room benefits from Smart TVs, En-suite facilities, WIFI as well as hard wired internet and writing desk. Please note that by entering into a booking you agree to our standard terms and conditions a copy of which can be emailed to you upon request and will be attached to your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to take a refundable security deposit at our discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to supply breakfast at Arlan House as we're only small and do not have the facilities, however as we are so close to the centre of Basingstoke there are plenty of options for breakfast. For longer stays with us we can supply a microwave along with cutlery and crockery.

Basingstoke has a lot off offer : Just a few minutes walk and you'll be in Festival Place. Which has a variety of shops and restaurants right at your feet. From your well known Nando's & Wagamama to our Festival Place street kitchen (all made fresh on the day). More Restaurants include Indian, Italian, Chinese, Sushi, Pizza & Bugars. What else can you do ? From the Anvil & Haymarket Theatre to a stroll through the War Memorial Park or East drop Park which holds events through out the year. Want to Relax ? We have many coffee shops, from your Cafe nero, Star bucks & Costco. but why not try The Tea Bar or the Duck and Tipple for some thing different. Fancy a bit of history, we have The Willis Museum which tells the history of our town along with a different exhibition every 3 months. There is a Sports centre in festival place, which includes a swimming pool, spa, gym & alot more activities offer. And after a long Day, why not relax with a film at the VUE Cinemas or check out the local bars and clubs to unwind
