Station Lodge South is a beautiful fully refurbished semi-detached luxury stone cottage in North Wales. It was built in 1875. It was split into Station Lodge North and Station Lodge South in the 1970's. Station Lodge South is being offered for holiday letting (the right hand side of the property). The property sleeps 8, is arranged over 3 floors and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen / diner, hot tub, laundry, rear garden, patio and a meadow. ** Please note that the property is arranged over 3 floors with no stair gates and has a deep stream & Hot Tub in the garden. Whilst children of any age are very welcome, please ensure that you're comfortable with the associated risks. The Hot Tub water is changed for each set of new guests, so once heated, the Hot Tub will be available to use on the morning after check-in **
We live right next door, in Station Lodge North, where we've lived for over 17 years. We bought Station Lodge South a few years ago and fully renovated it. Please do pop next door to say Hi or let us know if we can help with anything during your stay.
Nannerch is a lovely small village. It has a pub, school and church. Our property is just outside the village (5 minutes walk), so very quiet. We also have great restaurants locally. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive (into Mold - Tesco's, Aldi, Lidl etc) or Denbigh (Morrison's). Chester, Liverpool and Manchester - all with great entertainment and theatres, are all within easy driving distances (less than an hour). Great walks in the Clwydian hills right on our doorstep. Snowdon just over 1 hour away. Plus, the seaside is 20 minutes away.
