Immaculate and modern apartment. Lift and free gated parking. Refurbished this year.Open plan kitchen and lounge. Kitchen is equipped with oven ,hob ,micro wave,Fridge freezer, Dishwasher and washer dryer. The lounge has Large 50 inch smart TV, comfortable sofa and two sets of patio doors.Located within a 3 min walk of the best restaurants, parks and museums in Derby. Within a short walk of two fabulous parks.The railway and train stations are a short 5 min cab ride.

We look forward to welcoming you to the apartment. Please let us know if there is anything you are unhappy with and we will do our best to quickly resolve it,

Situated in a quiet area but near enough to all facilities. Saddler gate, friar gate and Derbion centre are a short 5 min walk. Derbion has lots of shops, restaurants, cinema and a bowling alley. The train and bus station are within a few minutes or walk or a short taxi ride, Darley park, Markeaton park are close by.
