Sleeping up to eight guests, it offers a cosy living space with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Ideally located in the city centre, it’s perfect for groups or families looking for a unique and comfortable base close to shops, restaurants and attractions. THE SPACE Set within a converted warehouse building, this characterful apartment combines exposed brickwork, wooden flooring and cosy interiors to create a warm and inviting city-centre stay. Accommodating up to eight guests, it offers a unique blend of industrial charm and modern comfort. The living area is designed for relaxing, featuring a double sofa bed, ample seating and a Smart TV, making it ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the city. A small breakfast table provides a cosy spot for morning coffee or light meals. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and an additional double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests, while Bedroom 2 features a double bed, offering a quieter, private space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and all the essentials needed for convenient self-catering. The apartment also benefits from two bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC, providing added comfort and flexibility for group stays. Blending original warehouse features with modern touches, this apartment offers a distinctive and comfortable base in the heart of the city. There are a couple steps to enter the building, and then the apartment is located on the first floor, up just one set of stairs. Lost Property: Any items left behind after check-out will be stored for up to 10 days. If they are not claimed or arrangements for collection or postage are not made within this time, they will be disposed of. Any postage costs for returning lost items are the responsibility of the guest.
