Suffolk Coast Townhouse is a spacious Victorian holiday home by the beach in Lowestoft, on the Suffolk Coast near Southwold. Set over 3 storeys, the property sleeps up to 12 guests across seven bedrooms & is ideal for families, groups of friends & multigenerational stays. The ground floor offers excellent communal space, including two comfortable reception rooms, a separate dining room & a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering. The kitchen opens directly onto a fully enclosed rear garden, perfect for outdoor dining, & a downstairs WC adds extra convenience for larger groups. The upper floors are home to seven individually styled bedrooms with a flexible mix of king-size, double & single beds, along with two family bathrooms featuring baths & showers. A dedicated children’s playroom is located on the top floor, providing a separate space for younger guests to relax & play. Outside, the enclosed garden is safe for children & dogs. The year-round dog-friendly beach, promenade, local cafés, pubs & shops are all within easy walking distance.
