We were a group of 7 adults, so 3 ensuites and an additional downstairs bathroom for the lounge, which we used as a bedroom, was ideal. Comfortable beds and good showers with plenty of hot water. The large table in the kitchen was a fabulous socialising place. Really well equipped, and spotlessly clean.

Lovely clean house. Everything and more supplied. We could not ask for better, it was very close to the beach with an excellent sea view from the house. I recommend it to all . It is a beautiful Victorian three storey house... There were 5 of us and could have easily accommodated 10 . I took my 2 daughters, my teenage grand children and 2 dogs.

Great location, right next to the beach and the arcades. Convenience store and restaurants near by also. Calm and quiet environment. Very clean rooms and great attention to detail with the mini fridges, fans, Alexas and toiletries in the rooms. Breakfast in the mornings were a wonderful touch. Environment was comfortable, especially the beds. It was great being able to go and watch a movie in the front room with the other guests. Lovely host who really went out of her way to make us feel at home, she was brilliant company. Would love to visit again.

With a beautiful beach and lots of lovely bars, this is a little gem. Feeling was that this sleepy town is extremely overlooked. The Cliff Hotel has lovely outdoor terrace that looks over beach and The Fig bar is practically on 5he beach. Don't miss the Banksy artwork!

It was very clean.

It was very clean. There is a huge sandy beach, so finding a quiet area to set up camp is no problem. There are plenty of things for children to do, a splash pool, putting and playgrounds. There are plenty of kiosks for ice creams, coffee and snacks. For walkers there are promenade paths at two levels, the high one offers splendid views over the beach and coast.

Lovely seaside town with a huge beach and lots of pubs, restaurants and amusements etc. loads of walks either on the promenades or on the beach itself and plenty of parking. It's a good mix of spectacular beach and more industrial areas along the river, which adds to the interest.

Gorleston is not a trendy resort, more of a hidden jewel, but that is based on a very short weekend visit. There is a lovely beach with amusements, a pub, cafes, fish and chips - everything one might expect, but in small numbers.

Gorleston-on-sea is a great location - combining the best bits of a traditional seaside holiday with great places to eat and peace and quiet (apart from the seagulls of course !). Gt Yarmouth is close by if you want arcades and excitement - Gorleston is more about great cafes and live entertainment, with a superb beach acting as background for all the activities.

Earlier this year, Gorleston was named among Europe's top...

Earlier this year, Gorleston was named among Europe's top beaches by Tripadvisor and was commended for offering a peaceful spot where visitors can "relax by the sea". The seaside town is perfect for those who enjoy swimming, surfing or fancy a stroll along the promenade. When the tide is out, a vast expanse of sand is revealed making it perfect for building sandcastles or a paddle along the shoreline. During peak season, the lifeguard patrol is present and you can elevate your sunbathing experience by hiring deckchairs and wind breakers. At the end of the beach, nearest the town, there is a small parade of shops with a three-tier viewing platform. It also includes a historic pond for sailing model boats that was built in 1927. If you're visiting with the family, the splash pad may offer more suitable fun for the kids, with fountain sprays, jet streams and buckets of tipping water. For those interested in art and culture, in August 2021, the anonymous artist Banksy left a range of pieces around the UK as part of his 'Great British Spraycation'. Alternatively, the well-known Edwardian seaside theatre with an open-air bandstand can offer equally exciting entertainment. Pavilion Theatre is open all year round and guests can watch plays, musicals and pantomimes. On Gorleston seafront, the elusive artist left a design of an arcade crane inside a shelter that has now been placed behind protective glass to ensure everyone can enjoy the masterpiece.

Room and bathroom was clean, fresh and very comfortable! Host was lovely too! It was our first time using air BNB (always used hotels for business and pleasure) and this did not disappoint, we will definitely come back here! We also got home made cupcakes left for us which was a lovely touch and bloody delicious (thank you Karolina)! All in all, couldn’t fault at all.

Loads of space so was great for a group of 16 adults and the rooms were very spacious too. Check in went smoothly the keys were easy to collect from the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for our group who just wanted to spend the day at the beach.
