The Suites Hotel is a non-smoking Hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in non designated areas after your visit, the hotel will automatically charge your card GBP100 towards the cost of professionally cleaning your room and in some cases, service thereafter may be refused. This charge will be taken from the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. If on arrival you smell smoke in your room please notify reception immediately.

A damage deposit of £60 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
