Property info

Luxury 6 berth holiday home located on the extremely popular 4* Southview Leisure Park in Skegness. The price is for caravan only. Entertainment passes for the leisure centre and showbar can be purchased from main reception. Ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing break within a resort that offers live entertainment, swimming pool, sauna & steam room. There is also a fish and chip shop, laundrette, adventure play area & convenience store on site. Caravan is situated on a large corner plot with extensive outdoor space overlooking a feature pond. Diamond: A 13ft x 40ft home-from-home with full central heating and double glazing throughout. Parking for two cars. Entrance leading into kitchen / diner with double doors into spacious lounge with television, 3 piece suite and access to large decked outside secure patio area. Equipped with two bedrooms; one with double bed, walk in closet and private toilet, the other with twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Large family bathroom with double shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Everything you need to have an amazing time.
