As you enter your own private front garden with decking, day bed and table/chairs you can enjoy the table top BBQ whilst watching kicking back and enjoying the sunset after a day of venturing around Guernsey. The entrance is via sliding patio doors into the lounge, where you will find a small L shaped kitchen area with stools and appliances. Walking through the lounge there are 2 sofa beds which can be used together with a large TV recessed into a tiled wall with soundbar and entertainment such as Netflix, Youtube etc. There is also a drinks cabinet to store your beverages. We've positioned the double bed on the opposite side of the lounge where you will find a tiled shower in the corner of the room (this can also be screened for privacy). The private toilet and sink is via a separate door and sit's under the stairs. This area is completely separated to the house however we do have a utility room for you to use for washing etc. We enjoy the outdoors and entertaining therefore the back garden, has a custom built bar which house a BBQ, pizza oven and fridges together with a 7 seat hot tub. We will most likely be home but your welcome to use this area, we love to entertain.

We are nestled in a small clos on the west coast of Guernsey, a location renowned for it's beautiful beaches and sunsets across Vazon and Cobo. Nowhere is far, a bus stop is 70 meters from the house which caters most of the island and within the local area, pubs, restaurants and accompany lovely walks. The space has been created for couples or small families to enjoy the Atlantic sea-breeze over morning coffee and wine by night whilst sitting on the private decking.
