Swallow cottage is tastefully decorated to a high standard and is located only four miles from the Lincolnshire coast and only 8 miles from the market town of Louth, with 3 acres of land and a well stocked fishing lake we boast peace and tranquility in unspoilt surroundings With just under 2 Acres of land there is ample room for an afternoon stroll around the grounds with "man's best friend" at your side or take your binoculars to spot the many varied varieties of resident birds in the area
