Swift’s Retreat is a long, single level barn with bi-fold doors opening to both the open plan kitchen/living area and the bedroom - a restful room with a comfy king-size bed and a spacious ensuite shower room. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. Swift’s Retreat has a private hot tub and enclosed garden. The hot tub will have been professionally tested and treated ready for your stay and will be switched on for your arrival. However, if there has been a same day changeover (requiring emptying and refilling on the same day), the hot tub may not reach the optimum temperature until approx. 7pm. To respect our neighbours and the law, we ask that you only use the hot tub between 10am and 10pm. Thank you for your co-operation. This lovely retreat shares a large courtyard with four other holiday homes that comprise Oosland Barns, a family-run arable farm that is just half a mile, and an easy walk, from the historic riverside village of Bidford-on-Avon. Please note that Swifts Retreat is an adults only property and does not accept children or infants. 1 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due.

The village boasts scenic walks from the fine 15th century road bridge crossing the famous River Avon, and a picturesque church, built in 1250. The village also has shops, pubs and a supermarket - all on an exquisite riverside setting. Discover the scenic countryside of the Cotswolds, historic Stratford, with the Shakespeare Theatre, half-timbered buildings and museums and nearby National Trust properties, including Coughton Court, Warwick Castle and Hidcote Gardens.
