Sandiacre is a residential town in the Erewash district, sitting between Nottingham and Derby in the heart of the East Midlands. The area has a calm, unhurried feel, with everyday essentials including supermarkets, local shops, and takeaways all within easy reach. For those who enjoy the outdoors, Attenborough Nature Reserve — managed by the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust and a popular destination for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts — is a short drive away. The historic market town of Long Eaton, with its independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, is around 5 minutes by car or 7 minutes by bus (Trent Barton, departing regularly). Nottingham city centre, with its thriving dining, cultural, and shopping scene, is approximately 14 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus (Trent Barton, every 10 minutes). East Midlands Airport is around 10 minutes by car, with the MY15 bus also connecting Sandiacre to the airport hourly. Toton Lane tram stop (Nottingham Express Transit) is nearby, with Beeston reachable in approximately 7 minutes by tram, with services running every 10 minutes. Free parking for two cars is available on the premises for guests arriving by car.
