Compact, fully equipped tiny home. The kitchen/lounge, dining is fully equiped with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and small air fryer. This room also consists of a tv, radio, chair and sofa bed. Please note that I do not provide bedding for the sofa bed, sleeping bags and pillows will be needed. The property has a small bathroom comprising of a shower, toilet and small basin.The bedroom has a double bed, set of drawers, bedside tables and mirror. Outdoors there is a delightful garden and the rear of the property with seating. T o the side of the property there is off street parking for one vehicle.

The cottage is located in the rural village of Thurlstone, just two miles from the popular market town of Penistone. The Trans Pennine Trail is very close by. The property is situated on the edge of the Peak District and has easy access to Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Dpmcaster and Barnsley. We are ideally situated for the very popular attractions of Cannon Hall Farm, just 5 miles away. The Farm is a regular on Channel 5 TV. Also nearby is the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, 6.5 miles Yorkshire Wildlife Park,32 miles away Wentworth Woodhouse 11 miles. Thurlstone has two real ale pubs, hairdresser, plant & gift shop and The Little Bakery selling homemade cakes, fresh bread, hot snacks and lunches
