The studio is based in the heart of Gravesend. On your doorstep you have the historic town center and the beautiful promenade. Since the apartment faces onto the Thames, it is very tranquil during the day and evening. Gravesend is served well by transportation links into London under 19-minutes using the high-speed trains. For those travelling from Europe, Ebbsfleet international station is a 5-minute drive but can also be accessed via the fast-track buses. Local supermarkets can be accessed on foot with ASDA being the closest. Further afield there is Bluewater Shopping Centre which is home to a number of flagship stores like John Lewis and Marks & Spencer. Bluewater is appx. 13 minute drive but there are regular buses that leave from just outside the apartment.

Gravesend has changed over the years and is home to a variety of tourist attractions. However, only a short walk away you have the famous Pocahontas statue - which pays homage to the legend that she was buried here. Gravesend is famous for its curry houses and luckily literally adjacent to the apartment building is one of my favourites - the Gandhi Restaurant. Further in town there are a number of restaurants serving international cuisines - you only have to walk through King Street and New Road to witness these culinary delights!
