The Annex is an open plan living space offering a double bed and occasional sofa bed. There is a toilet and shower. The kitchenette offers coffee machine, microwave and hot plate with sink, fridge and freezer. Crockery and cutlery are provided. There is a washing machine and washing line. Outdoor swimmers can rinse wetsuits using the tap and shower head in the garden and hang wetsuits on the washing line to dry.
The Annex is situated very close to local shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. It is 1.5 miles from Felixstowe sea front which offers a wide range of amenities and attractions. Open water swimmers may be interested in contacting the local felixstowe swimscapes swimming group via their facebook page.
