The annexe features a bright and cosy upstairs bedroom with built-in wardrobe storage. Downstairs you’ll find a modern living space with a sofa bed, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate additional guests, children, or families. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a contemporary bathroom on the ground floor. We warmly welcome families and can provide a travel cot and high chair upon request, making the space ideal for those travelling with babies or young children. Guests benefit from their own private parking space and a fantastic location just off Cobham high street.

Cobham village offers lots of independent boutiques, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and local amenities all within easy walking distance from the annexe. Our location is perfect for visitors attending nearby weddings, sporting events, races, and local attractions. We are conveniently close to Sandown Park Racecourse, as well as Brooklands Museum, and we are also just a short drive from the world-famous RHS Garden Wisley, which hosts seasonal flower shows and events year-round.
