Our newly renovated caravan has everything you need for your stay away from home. It’s been treble insulated and Double glazed with a new boiler and radiators. The slightly quirky sitting room had a 2 seater sofa, reclining chair and a little chair specially for your little ones. Large TV for relaxing on an evening after a day out and about on Arran. It’s open plan with a dining area for 4. The kitchen has everything you need for that perfect breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a bathroom with shower, sink, vanity cupboard with mirror and toilet. There’s 2 bedrooms, one with a comfy double bed and plenty of storage and the other with 2 (static size) single beds (one bed can be folded up so that a travel cot can be added) There is room adjacent to the caravan to park one vehicle (car or small van)

I’m an artist … I have a studio in the garden during the summer months. The ‘van used to be my Art Studio (hence its name) until my garden and house studios were finished. I attend craft fairs and events around the island throughout the year.

Our caravan is a cosy home from home. It’s centrally located for visiting all Arran has to offer. We’re in the quiet village of Kingscross with a lovely walk to Kingscross Point with views across to Holy Isle, Lamlash Bay and ruins of a Viking Fort. Another walk leads you down to Whiting Bay with its Beach, Shops, Cafes and restaurant or further afield to Lamlash and beyond. If travelling on foot it’s a short walk to the main road and one of the island’s unique painted bus stops. There’s also a secure bike shed available for you to safely put your bikes for the duration of your stay.
