The Barn at Meadow Farm is situated in 4 acres of grounds.Relaxing and tranquil. Its a perfect country cottage escape. Formally stables for Meadow Farm, The barn has been refurbished with new kitchen, bathroom and bed room.Open plan lounge and kitchen with dining table. Footpaths are close by to explore. The Grounds are on the River Trent so perfect for a picnic.The crewe and Harper public house is 75 metres away, handy for a relaxing meal . The Barn has a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge with flat screen tv,log burner, and washer/drier. Bed linen, towels and complimentary tea and coffee are also provided. Close to the Market town of Melbourne and Repton. Supermarkets are close by. Nearby are lots of pubs and restaurants, Calke abbey and fore mark reservoir. 6 miles from the city centre, Derby Cathedral, Derby University and Pride Park and 5.5 miles from East Midlands Airport and Calke Abbey, this cosy one bed barn conversion provides luxury accommodation with free private parking, a terrace (with table and chairs) and complimentary WiFi.
Welcome to the Barn, in Swarkestone. We love welcoming guests We want your stay to be perfect. We have a hand book showing various attractions in out area. Within 75 metres is the Crewe and Harper pub and Swarkestone Garden centre with Tea rooms. The barn is located in a natural area of beauty , with river walks, canals paths. Within the grounds is a 3 acre field for pet walking and there is a public foot path for longer walks. Lowes lane clay pidgeon shooting ground is a few hundred metres away. There are lots of pubs and restaurants in the local area. East midlands airport is 6 miles away. Cake abbey is 3 miles away.
