Very large self-contained ground floor Suite with own kitchenette/dining area. Double bed+extra single. Private Bathroom via own lobby within the Suite. Wardrobe/shoe recess. Fridge, microwave, sink, crockery, tea/coffee facilities. Butter/Milk/Jam/ honey provided. Quiet location in cul-de-sac. Secure off road parking for 2 vehicles. Note there is no TV. Shared main house entrance with your hosts

We loved hosting friends and school exchange students in the suite for many years privately. When our grown children moved out, we wanted to open up the lovely space for more guests to enjoy. We have two elderly cats living with us, but they don't have access to your Suite

Easy access to London and Kent sites. London Victoria 35 mins train ride - the Bunting is only 20 mins walk or 4 mins drive (paid parking) from Longfield Station near us. Local attractions within easy reach by car. Small shop on foot, other facilities in neighbouring villages. Brands Hatch racing circuit 13 mins. Bluewater shopping mall 14 mins. Ightham Mote (lovely manor), Leeds castle, Rochester, Lakeside Shopping all ~30 mins Canterbury, Whitstable beach around 45 -60 mins Rye/Hastings/Brighton day trips
