For clarity, The Cairn at North Lodge is a rural guest suite. It is a private section of our house separated by a locked door and is thereby a self-contained property with its own entrance and enclosed garden. The suite comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room. Situated on the edge of the Lindertis Estate, The Cairn at North Lodge offers a peaceful, rural location between the Angus Glens of the Southern Cairngorms and the Vale of Strathmore. Dreish and Mayar, our nearest Munros are accessed from nearby Glen Clova. Kirriemuir is a 15 minute drive away. The Cairn offers easy access to Blairgowrie and the A93 - one of Scotland's most scenic roads up through Glen Shee, north to Balmoral and Royal Deeside. Dundee is 35 minutes away. The championship golf courses at Blairgowrie and Carnoustie are an easy drive away too and Lunan Bay and St Cyrus offer spectacular sandy beaches. Glamis is our closest castle at just seven miles away. We have open field views and easy access to woodland directly from the property.
