The Coach House is a purpose built holiday apartment for 1 or 2 people, within the grounds of the St John Inn. It has been built with quality in mind and has a wonderful open feel with bi-fold doors leading to the large covered balcony where visitors can enjoy views towards the sunset over some of the village. The apartment has a modern wetroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is a large kitchen/dining area with a combi oven, induction hob, air fryer, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. With ample room to sit and enjoy meals at the oak breakfast bar. The sitting area has 2 comfortable sofas, TV, with wifi connection. The bedroom area has a double bed and is decorated in the style of William Morris, adding that touch of comfort. Please note that the St John Inn is a small rural pub and does not open Monday - Wednesday and only serves meals on a Friday. For 2026, the pub will be closed from 14th to 30th September .

The apartment is situated within the grounds of the St John Inn, a small country pub believed to date back to the early 1600's. There is a small shop on the property catering for daily basics. The village of St John dates back hundreds of years and is a beautiful and picturesque village nestled in a valley on the Rame peninsula in SouthEast Cornwall. The St John Lake is at the base of the village and is a part of the Tamar river and is also home to many species of birds and a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The coastline of The Rame varies from 1 mile away - Whitsand Bay, to 4 miles away - the twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, where you can find a variety of eating establishments. Mt Edgcumbe Country house and park is 4 miles away with hundreds of acres to wander around next to the Tamar estuary, 2 cafe's, and points of historical interest.
